Ecropolis, LLC, doing business as Ecropolis, (henceforth known as Ecropolis) its employees and its affiliates must collect information about clients to conduct business. Sources include:

Ecropolis, its employees and its affiliates may share all the information collected, within Ecropolis; amongst its employees and contractors, as needed in the course of our regular business activities. There are exceptions where collected information will be publically displayed. Examples of this information may include the public display of profile information, comments on blog posts, frequently asked questions. Where these exceptions exist throughout the website there will be ample notification and seperate terms of service. Email addresses are never, in any circumstance, made publically available.

Online Privacy
We collect no personal information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. When we do collect information about you, we only collect information that we need to provide you assistance.

We use this information for statistical analysis, to help us make our site more useful to visitors. This tracking system does not record information about individual visitors.
E-Mail Privacy
If you decide to send us an electronic mail message (e-mail), the message will usually contain your return e-mail address. If you include personally-identifying information in your e-mail, we may use that information in contacting our members about your inquiry, issue or e-mail. In other limited circumstances, including requests from Congress or limited other parties, we may be required by law to disclose information that you submit.
