Dr. Victoria Medvec is the Adeline Barry Davee Professor of Management and Organizations, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and recipient of several annual teaching awards. Dr. Medvec is also the CEO of Critical Decision Partners, a strategic consulting firm focusing on high-stakes negotiations and decisions. In this capacity, Dr. Medvec teaches negotiations and strategic decision making to senior-level executives from companies around the world. She also advises CEOs and their reports on critical decisions and negotiations, including mergers, acquisitions, significant customer contracts, supplier contracts, and partnership agreements.

Several hundred viewers are expected to tune into this live event. There will be a live chat session in tandem with the speaker, moderated by, Verne Harnish, CEO of Gazelles, an executive education firm in Ashburn Virginia that provides resources for fast growth companies.
